Assessment An evaluation assessment is always given prior to commencing a training session. This is done to ascertain areas of weakness that would need modification. Welcome to Exec-talk the Corporate Training arm of TV Pro Global and subsidiary to the highly successful presenter training company, Television Promotions. Since 1994 Television Promotions has been training individuals for Television Presenting both here in Australia and over-seas. It has to date produced some of the finest talent on television, corporate video productions and public presentation. Exec-talk has introduced similar techniques to the business professionals for the express purpose of enhancing corporate presentation. By Training The Broadcast Way – utilising skills that every TV presenter must acquire to hold their audience - business professionals can appreciate a greater awareness of their presentation skills and learn how to fully connect with the audience to have the greatest impact. Employees at every level of a company have to communicate ideas, whether by phone or face to face, to colleagues, clients, to the Board or to an audience of thousands. They must present themselves, company concepts, pitch company visions, deliver company values, in house or in public. We all have the natural capacity to communicate, but it has to be developed and honed to "present" with impact. With this training the presenter will find the confidence and flexibility to communicate effectively in any given situation. Training ‘The Broadcast Way’, our highly specialised workshops incorporate communication skills, vocal techniques and the art of presentation/ performance that allow the natural presenter to shine. As with TV Presenters, all our training is recorded on camera. Through a process of playback and assessment we are able to comment on, modify and correct old habits. Working from the inside out, the participants become aware of techniques that enhance their presentation.
