Every mentee is different. Your mentoring experience will be customized based on your current circumstances, level of experience, and presence in the media industry.

Our mentoring relationship starts with understanding your goals and needs. Honesty, openness, and trust will form the foundation of our work together.
3. Navigating a Rapidly Evolving Industry
Television broadcasting is constantly evolving. Understanding industry trends is crucial for identifying the right opportunities and making strategic career moves.
4. Crafting a Powerful Introduction
Your portfolio and personal brand are your calling cards. Together, we’ll refine your presentation so that it’s compelling and impactful, positioning you for success in unexpected opportunities. I call those moments “Plum Timing”…when the right door opens at exactly the right time.
5. Leveraging Existing Contacts
You may already have valuable connections without realizing their potential. Part of our work will be identifying and activating your network to open new doors and elevate your career.
6. Exploring Creative Pathways
Success often comes from taking the road less travelled. Whether it's pitching an idea to a production company, responding to an unexpected opportunity, or submitting your showreel even if you don’t tick every box… we’ll focus on proactive strategies that help you design your own success.
7. Please Note: I Am Not an Agent
While I frequently receive casting calls and have developed a dedicated casting website, I don’t function as a talent agent. Final casting decisions are made by producers who access the site directly or may occasionally ask for my opinion.

Session Details & Fees
- Duration: 50 minutes per session. There is no extra fee should they run overtime.
- Fee: $160 AUD per session (payment due 4 days in advance)
- Cancellations: Require at least 2 days' notice
