TV PRO GLOBAL - REFUND POLICIES
Refund Policy for Training:
Deposits are non-refundable.
There is a 1% additional fee when paying via credit card. Info is in on our training courses page of website.
If you are unable to attend the training course for reasons of illness, after full payment has been made, you will be entitled to receive the full refund (minus deposit) if cancelled more than 7 days prior to the course. There are unfortunately no refunds after a 7 day period however you will be able to participate in another course within a 6 month period if proof of absence is provided. In certain emergency circumstances only, TV Pro Global may refund 100% of the full amount paid (minus deposit) if cancelled less than 3 days prior to course.
If in the event TV Pro Global cancels the course due to unforeseen circumstances or lack of numbers, you will be entitled to attend another workshop at a time convenient to you or have the option of receiving a full refund.
Refund Policy for showreels:
If booking is cancelled at least 5 days prior to the shoot date, all payments except for deposit will be refunded.
If booking is cancelled less than 5 days prior to shoot, you will be refunded 80% of all payments made. (except deposit).
There are no refunds once full production of showreel has been completed.
The final choice of segments, design and sequence of segments is chosen at the discretion of the director and editor.
There will be an added cost for a reshoot and/or re-edit (if requested by talent).
A hi-res coy of the showreel will be emailed to talent on receipt of full payment.
Registration for our casting service is an additional cost.
